Aquatots are delighted to add another wonderful pool to our portfolio in London
Located in the grounds of Riversdale Primary School in South West London, this cosy warm pool offers free parking on surrounding roads, clean changing facilities for mums, dads, babies and toddlers, in addition to wonderfully warm showers.
Based just 8 minutes walk from Southfields underground station, this pool is easily accessed by public transport and is close to Southfields, Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Wandsworth, Putney,Tooting, Fulham, Streatham, Battersea and Merton.
Aquatots have been teaching babies, toddlers and children to swim for over 26 years across the South East and offer a progressive structured programme taking children all the way through to late primary school years.
Wimbledon is one of over 50 pools we have available and we are really excited to welcome new families from the area very soon.
There are so many benefits to our baby swimming programme starting at 10 weeks old. We create a healthy and regular routine for you and your baby promoting good sleep patterns. Lessons provide essential bonding time for you both, building water confidence and trust which leads to learning to swim from a very early age.
We support EYFS in every lesson, building physical, social and emotional development, learning how to follow instructions with the additional communication aid of baby signing. Aquatots is also a great opportunity to make new friends and lessons are packed full of fun!
Our highly qualified teachers are professional, passionate, fun and highly praised by our swimmers, always putting our swimmers first and adapting lifesaving skills to their individual needs and abilities.
The Aquatots course consists of thirty minute sessions delivered over nine weeks, usually within term time. A half term break is usually inserted to allow for school holidays.
Classes are Sunday mornings. Level 1 is suitable for baby beginners aged 10 weeks to 18 months or our Foundation programme is suitable for beginners aged 18 months to 3.5 years.
