Rebooking for Your Next Aquatots Term
As busy parents caring for one or more children, we understand the importance of making the booking process for your child’s swimming lessons as simple and stress-free as possible. That's why we offer an online booking system and priority access for our existing customers.
When you initially book an Aquatots course, we hope you are just beginning your journey with us and plan to continue to provide your child with the best swimming education possible. Regardless of the swim level you choose, we will reserve your priority space for the next term or level ahead. This spot will be held for you at no additional cost until approximately Week 6 or 7 of your current term.
In approximately Week 6 or 7 of your current swim course, we will email you a priority rebooking invitation for the new Term. This email includes a link to the relevant course and your child’s account username. To confirm your booking, simply click on the link, log in using your child's account username, and follow the instructions. You will receive a separate invitation for each child.
Once payment is made, you can expect to receive your booking confirmation email and new timetable within 1 working day.

The deadline to book your space for the new Term will be included in your email and can be viewed in our term date listings below.
After the deadline, any spaces that are not booked will lose their provisional reservation, allowing another swimmer to take that slot. If you need an extension on your provisional reservation, please contact us before the deadline, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Dates: To view the dates for the new Term, please use the filter below to select your pool and day. The Important Deadline date will also be displayed here.
Class Time: In most cases, class times move 30 minutes later each Term; however, your Teacher can confirm the exact time for you.
