We have had a few important changes in the past two months and want to make sure everyone can get booked in as easily as possible, so here are the points to be aware of.

Password not recognised when you enter it?

If your child was new to Aquatots in 2024 it's likely we have needed to recreate their Account in the past few weeks so your password may have changed from what you had previously saved. In this case you will need to click to reset your password on the online shop as seen below.

Don't remember your password?

If you have only one account with Aquatots (Only one child swimming or swum with us previously) just use the Forgot Password Button on the store as seen below.

No more than 3 attempts please!

If you have any problems logging in with your password please be aware that you have a maximum of 3 attempts to try your password in a limited time.

So to be on the safe side please do not continue to attempt your password more than 3 times in a short space of time.

If so the additional security measures may lock your account.

More than 1 child with Aquatots or a previous record that may have used the same email address?

The reset may not work for you as the system won't know which of your records to change.
