We are all looking forward to the near approaching 20th Anniversary of Aquatots! And what a wonderful achievement that is!... If we do say so ourselves.
In those 20 years we are proud to say we have had almost 35,000 swimmers through our pool doors!
Here in the West we would like to mention two special families for their dedication to Aquatots with their children:
Mum of James Paul, who swims in Whiteley Village on Mondays have been attending Aquatots’ lessons with all three children. Mum tells us…
There are pros and cons as to whether having your children closely spaced is better than having them spread wider apart. We have 3 children aged 11, 7 and 4 … and one of the … errr pros obviously J .. is that it means I have been a parent taking a child to Aquatots swimming every Monday consistently for (as of the end of this Spring Term) 10 years and 7 months!!!

- attended 522 classes
- spent 261 hours or if you prefer 15,660 minutes in the pool
At least mum hasn’t worked out the cost of her 58 terms…
Newsflash!!! Since submitting this article we are delighted to report that James, has now succesfully achieved his 5 metre swim and here he is with his very proud Mum. Great work James!!!
Then we have Mum of Zara Newman in Ottershaw who started her Aquatots’ journey with her eldest son Joshua in 2002! Since then she has brought along daughter Olivia and Amalia, and is now just finishing up her level 1 term with her youngest daughter Zara. That’s 15 years of walking through our pool doors and with many more in sight with little Zara we hope!
To both mums from Aquatots we say a huge thank you! – And we are so pleased you are still enjoying the course as much as you did when you first started out!
Pool News
We are delighted to announce we have a brand new pool in Tongham, near Farnham! The pool is situated in a private house and as always is gorgeously warm ready for that first dip of a new level 1s class! Teachers Kirsty and Laura will be teaching on Thursday mornings and Friday Lunchtimes.
We are now ready to take bookings for our Spring term level 1’s, so if you, or someone you know are interested in joining us then do tell them, and remember if you refer a friend you will receive £10 off the new term.
