Re-booking for the Aquatots Summer Term and what that involves for you
As busy parents running around after 1 or more children we appreciate that things like booking your child’s swimming lessons need to be as simple and stress free as possible. This is where our online booking system and existing customer priority comes in. Below we have included the most common FAQ’s which should help you prepare
A re-booking invitation has now been sent to all swimmers for the new Aquatots Summer term which commences from the week of the 11th July at most of our swimming venues. You should have received your personal e-mail invitation, one for each of your children that are swimming with Aquatots.
What is the Booking deadline for the Summer term?
The booking deadline has varied for many pools this term due to the different term dates. If your pool is not specifically mentioned below the your deadline was Tuesday 7th June
Rebooking Deadline of 15th June
Old Coulsdon, Addlestone Saturday & Sunday, St Giles South Croydon, Guildford, Cheam Saturday & Sunday
Rebooking Deadline of 22nd June
Reigate Saturday, Ottershaw, Tadworth Sunday
What will the Summer term dates be?
Due to popular demand we have this year added in longer half term breaks at many of our pools during August as we understand this is a very popular time for holidays. Your Teachers now have confirmation of those dates for your pool location so feel free to ask them now if you wish to get those dates on your calendars soon.
Is my space reserved?
We automatically reserve you a space in the next Level until the booking deadline date above but after this date, all spaces unclaimed are made generally available to anyone wishing to join that pool / class.
I am returning to work or need to change my swim day or time, can I move swim day or venue?
Of course! If you know you will be returning to work, or changing working hours, or even moving house and therefore won’t be able to continue on your current swim day / venue, please let us help and make this transition as simple as possible. Just click here and complete the attached email. Send it back to us with as much info as possible and we shall start looking at suitable alternatives and get back to you with some options ASAP. The great news is that with venues all across the South East with week day and weekend sessions, we are confident there will be a class available for you.
Can someone else swim with my child?
We welcome all carers into the water so whether that be a grandparent, Aunts & Uncles or Childminder/ Nanny, we will make sure the change from one swim partner to another is as easy as possible for everyone, providing all the extra support the new swim partner needs in the pool.
What happens if I miss the booking deadline?
Please give the office a quick call asap on 020 8688 6488 and we will confirm availability for you. We would hate anyone to miss out on the new term so will work extra hard to find you something suitable.
I have booked online, what happens next?
Firstly, thank you too for all our parents that have booked promptly each term! As well as ensuring you do not lose your space, it really helps us to organise and set our class times for the new term and we appreciate your speedy response. In return we have updated our own system to give you a quick response too. We are delighted to say you will receive now your full course details including dates and times within 1 working day of booking on line. **
