I have always enjoyed swimming and diving and taking my own children to the pool. I underestimated the joy it brings to watch the children develop through the levels, gaining a life saving skill and having fun at the same time! After my first training session I knew this was my new career! You also create a great bond with the patents so this is a job for a people person too.

The online training modules are very detailed and cover everything you need to become a successful teacher. The weekly pool sessions with your Teacher Development Trainer (TDT) gives you invaluable experience with teaching techniques, which helps put your own classes into action once you qualify. The hours are flexible around life with children which is great when you also have the school run.
